Journal of Territorial and Maritime Studies Internship Opportunity

Journal of Territorial and Maritime Studies is recruiting interns for the Spring 2016 Semester. JTMS is relatively new journal dedicated exclusively to Territorial and Maritime policy related research. We are seeking motivated and independent students who have a strong interest in Territorial and Maritime studies. This unpaid position is open to any major but preference will be given to history, political science, or law majors. Applicants should possess fluent command of English and be able to proof read academic research documents in English. Other duties will include blog/SNS presence maintenance, writing/translation of blog entries, and conference planning and staffing. Much of the work may be done remotely so JTMS requires applicants to be capable of meeting regularly to update progress during the semester and work independently while effectively coordinating with the managing editor and fellow interns.
Duties: Proofreading, research, report writing, emailing, blog/website creation and updates, event planning & staffing
Period: Ongoing from 2016 Spring Semester
Hours: Schedule Flexible in Accordance with Interns' Availability but interns will be expected to meet on a regular basis.
